Now 25% Off: Warriors and Saints

It is a time here for warriors and saints, the latter marked by the Feast of San Geronimo at the end of this week, St. Jerome have been denominated the Pueblo's patron saint by colonial invaders centuries ago now. It's perhaps fitting, given that Jerome was the patron saint of librarians and translators, skills of no use in this place to colonizing forces then or now; it's also perhaps fitting that the same name would wind up being conferred, mistakenly, upon on the roader region's greatest warriors, one whose actual name was Goyathlay. And today, you can score an incredible likeness, one rendered in pastel on Japanese kaba paper, for an incredible price.

This work lists for $525, but between now and September 30th, it's 25% off: This beautiful traditional-style pot that mixes media and genres is only $393.75 (+ s/h/i). It's a spectacularly lifelike work by an artist of a sister Pueblo. Today through the 30th only (only 2.5 more days!), we have this and a host of other high-end indigenous art all on offer at 25% off — drums, fetishes, pottery, even [non-Wings] jewelry and wall art. Check it all out via the menu bars here on our site, and score some beautiful Native gifts at a great price while you can. Inquiries here, or for those you on FB and Twitter, DM me there.
