Friday Feature: The Sun Behind the Smoke

It's our Friday Feature at The NDN Silver Blog, with a work by a local Indigenous artist whose trademark details reinforce the unifying nature of elemental powers. It's a wedding vase wrought of the local red-gold clay, blue-black clouds from firing and the shimmer of a million micaceous suns and stars reminding us of the sun behind the smoke, the light that keeps our world alive.

The post is here. Wings's main page is here. Inquiries via the site's Contact form. We are still going to need to make consistent sales to cover upcoming new medical costs and make it through the rest of this terrible second pandemic-ridden summer (one that has already been bitter indeed for our communities), as well as the rest of the year, so shares of the site links are much appreciated.
