Wings prepping for some ingot work. On the left, in his right hand, is the hand-held smelter; on the right, the mold. He's not going to pour it in dry like that, obviously; he'll melt it down first, then pour it, then cool it and break it out.  Then he can hammer or roll it into whatever forms he wants for use.

He's been rocking over the last several weeks, so much so that I can't keep up with him in terms of getting the photography and descriptions done in real time. I just got all the earrings up the other night [gallery link below], and now I have three cuffs to get done and posted, which I'm hoping will done tonight: all with slender bands, one solid silver and two set with single turquoise cabs. They're all amazing.

Gonna be a rough week ahead, for a lot more reasons than I have space, time, or inclination to list here. The part is still not here for the truck. We're already out $1K cash for that; it's be at least another grand for labor, and likely much more. My medical imaging is coming up yet this month, and that'll be roughly another grand. And it'll be at least $4K to take care of the permanent fix to the roof, materials and labor combined, and that will need to be done in September at the latest [prior to the snow flying]. The expenses from last year and the first half of this year broke us so badly that we're still way behind on everything. I have GOT to put a big chunk on our tax bill, which is weighing heavily on me constantly. I have to send them something this week. Have to. And I can't without some steady sales.

There is a ton of new work on the site from just the last couple of weeks:
