Jewels and Gems: An Indigenous Gift of the Earth

Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's this week's entry in our ongoing Tuesday series on Jewels and Gems. Today's featured gem is one that is, in terms both local and literal, a truly indigenous gift of the earth. It's also one of my favorites, one I've been holding off on covering until now, when it could be paired with other "earthy" entries like the photographic one from yesterday.

The post itself is here. Wings's main page is here. The pieces featured in today's entry have all long since sold, but he does have a few more staurolites in his gemstone inventory, so if this beautiful bit of stone and its symbolism speak to your spirit, use the Contact form to inquire. He can make a unique piece all your own. And, as always, shares of the site links are very much needed and are welcomed with our thanks.
