Monday Photo Meditation: Song and Light In an Honor Dance

Photo copyright Wings, 2015; all rights reserved.
Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's a photo meditation specifically for this place at this time, and for its souls and spirits. Through Wings's eyes and camera lens, it also subverts what outsiders may see, more than a bit.

The post itself is here. Wings's main page is here. As always, the photos are available for purchase in any of the usual three formats; simply inquire via the site's Contact form. Also as always, sales are much needed, and so shares of the site links are much appreciated.

  1. It's been two nice days in a row here, both for Onyx's 14th BD yesterday and again today. The furkids have gotten many hours outside while I continue to cut up the remaining maple logs into firewood length pieces. A few of the garlic cloves have started to sprout, and, more surprising, some of the saffron crocus has started to sprout for Mom, although the ones I planted continue to appear to be dead. Once hers get established, I might try to get some divided up and into my yard. We haven't started on the jelly yet this year, but I'm working on making black raspberry extract. If all goes well, in a couple of months, I'll have somewhere around 50 ounces of that to hand out to folks. And if it goes well, I'll try my hand at other extracts in the coming year.
