Now posted at NDN Silver, it's something I didn't know for sure we'd have today: all new by Wings, a work for a greening world.
This piece is deceptively simple in appearance, but it's one of the most luminous works I've seen in a long time, stones and silver alike. It's called Summer's Meadow, for form and shape and color, and it positively glows with the shades of prosperity and abundance. The stampwork is incredible; as the description notes, the meticulous detail work along the apex of the band consists of scores, perhaps hundreds, of tiny stamps, all perfectly placed chisel work. You can read the full description and see photos of it from each side angle here. And yes, I have a new favorite, too.
