We can hope.

Change coming. Yesterday's perfect clarity gave way to a sky full of lenticular clouds this morning, and now they say we should get five days straight of rain and snow mixed.

We can hope.

Speaking of rain . . . . The weekend flash sale was an amazing success. No, we didn't sell five figures' worth, but we did better than either of us ever dreamed possible, and who knows? Maybe the leachfield estimate will wind up coming in drastically lower than what he indicated last week.

As I said, we can hope.

In the meantime, I've spent eight solid hours packing orders for shipping; they'll all go out at once tomorrow. That's why everything's so late. Well, that and the fact that I'm incredibly slow, a product of quite literally zero sleep, which is in turn a product of the real culprit, this abominable change to so-called Daylight Savings Time. I don't ever get my equilibrium back anymore; it just gets worse by the year.

Anyway, it's already clear that this is going to be another chaotically busy week, and I'm very late with everything tonight, because see above. We will still need to make consistent sales, even without such inducement's as this weekend's, because there are taxes and that stupid leachfield and then there's the need, growing more urgent by the day, to replace my laptop, and eventually a wheelchair so that a trip to the post office or the store doesn't wipe out my ability to function for the ensuing week. It's . . . a lot.

So go look; there's phenomenal work on the site, both new and less so. Even with the sales from this weekend, there's still A LOT of incredible work available. And as always, all the regular links are listed below, with sales, as always, being the most important:

  • Sales here
  • Testimonials here
  • Amazon wishlist here ( we'll always need the liquid soaps that I can't get here, the dog treats for the monsters, and Amazon and Lowe's cards [the Lowe's cards are probably going to have to go on a new fridge, so I'm hoarding them]);
  • Patreon here;
  • Ko-fi here.

After such a grim 2023, we really need to get this year moving onto a better footing, so please share all of the links.
