A lot of week left to endure.

Beautiful lenticular clouds this morning. Normally, they herald a change in the weather [in favor of a coming storm], but they're all gone now. The wind is rising, and it feels a lot colder now than it did at ten o'clock this morning, even through the mercury insists it twenty-something degrees warmer than it was then.

The pace of the last few weeks, and the sheer chaos of it all, has my internal clock completely destroyed. All day long, I keep catching myself thinking it's Saturday. Nope; it's only Wednesday, and there's a lot of week left to endure.

And I do mean endure. More dental stuff for Wings yesterday, and running around for meds and whatever, and he has another follow-up at the end of the week, and there will undoubtedly be more next week. Meanwhile, he's dealing with excruciating pain, and the limits that it places on what he can eat, which are all the problematic because he's diabetic. We're both exhausted, and this added situation is not alleviating that at all.

And through it all, there's the constant drumbeat of demands on us both. In financial terms that stops now; until this year's taxes are paid, and next year's prepaid, because I'm not going through this again, there will be no money for anything but our baseline needs and other bills. No donations. Period. We don't have it.

Somehow, I have to bring in sales. This is what they used to call the drop-dead moment in a process or dynamic, and we're at it. If you're in the market, now would be a really, REALLY good time. I posted four new pairs of earrings three nights ago, here, all at lower price points than his usual, and three new all-silver cuffs night before last, here. And as always, all the regular links are listed below, with sales, as always, being the most important:

  • Sales here
  • Testimonials here
  • Amazon wishlist here ( we'll always need the dog treats for the monsters, and Amazon and Lowe's cards [the Lowe's cards are probably going to have to go on a new fridge, so I'm hoarding them]);
  • Patreon here;
  • Ko-fi here.

After such a grim 2023, and with this year starting off MUCH worse, we really need to get 2024 moving onto a better footing, so please share all of the links.
