Yesterday, we talked about hunting; today, it's about the deer. Now up at The NDN Silver Blog, a featured piece by a friend of ours with a very distinctive style, and a little exploration of its subject's identity and power (including a photo of one of Wings's old pieces evoking the animal's spirit).

It's a beautiful piece; the stone alone is both incredibly simple and simply incredible. It's also very modestly-priced, especially for its size and weight, perfect for a holiday gift for someone in need of a little light or a little medicine.
