Welp, today was kind of a loss, at least in terms of getting anything actually, you know, done. Home Depot helpfully provided truck-tracking info for the tile delivery, which unhelpfully listed both all day today and 8:02 AM tomorrow as potential delivery dates. Yeah, I don't know how they can pinpoint it at two minutes after eight, either. But the upshot is that one of us had to be here all day just in case, and since they predictably did not arrive, we'll have to be here all day tomorrow, too.
That said, we got some of the smaller stuff done this week, too, that I hadn't had time to photograph until today. One is that up there: a few of the light fixtures. Not many; a few are still undelivered, even. But it's a start. Floyd also came and sealed the upstairs tile; if they get rained out of their current job this coming week, they may even be able to start our downstairs earlier than expected.
And then there's all the rest. And, of course, our plans for this weekend completely upended and postponed for the moment (only for a few weeks, though). And we're still working full-tilt on everything ourselves, too.
Getting through this last push is going to take a lot. And as I've been saying on a nightly basis, it's very expensive, all of it, and our cash is going for labor and materials that have to be bought here, which means that sales and cards are both extremely helpful in reaching the end of this incredibly long process. So here are the links:
As I also said last night, I am going to be mostly unavailable for several days. Not for some of the reasons I expected, but still mostly unavailable nonetheless. It's also still true that I'm also mostly not very up for talking at the moment, not until we make enough progress that I can see that 1) there's actually an end point, and 2) we get to have a life out of it.

- Wings's site, for sales;
- Lowe's cards via our Amazon wishlist;
- Lowe's cards via the company site; and
- Home Depot cards via the company site. The e-version using my e-mail address is great; I take the tablet to the store with me, and they scan it off the screen.
