It's #ThrowbackThursday at The NDN Silver Blog, with a trip back about a decade to a work that, to me, always felt like the embodiment of spring, and of love. They're tiny hoops of light that look like the tears of the spirits, a bit of a departure for Wings in style but not in substance.
