Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's the last May edition of Red Willow Spirit, with a look at what the wingéd ones can teach us in a season when we feel bound by gravity and more. It's a reminder to learn from the birds and butterflies, not merely how to be fierce, but how to heal by becoming, on occasion, free spirits.
