It's #ThrowbackThursday at The NDN Silver Blog, with a work from about six years ago that was a very special commission for a dear friend. It was a piece that personified our indigenous story of Grandmother Turtle, and the world-building of other traditions, too — because after all, we stand and grow on the backs of our elders.
