Out of order today, because it's been a day.

It was pretty much guaranteed to be like this anyway, courtesy of my crippling knee dislocation yesterday; all the errands we were supposed to run then couldn't be done, because there was absolutely no way I could stand in lines anywhere.

Then, too, this day is a marker: 20 years for Wings's brother; 8 years for one of our pups, lured out into the highway by someone and then hit. So it's a tough day all the way around. Add in the acute physical pain of the last three days and the sheer volume of stuff that has to get done, and . . . yeah.

And I don't have time for any of it. We're both beat now, and the workload looks about the same for all of the rest of the week [and month] as it has through the whole holiday season. For us, aside from beating back the Nazis and Klan, that also means that we need to have a much better sales year, with fewer catastrophes outside our control, than the last two have presented us. And that means, just to break even, at least one sale per week [and we haven't made one yet in 2026, so we need to rectify that, preferably tonight]. To that end, links are here [and there were two new coils the other night night, plus a new pair of earrings]:
