Not a cloud in the sky. But this is a place where signs of rain are not depressing, but a gift.

At a minimum, I need to bring in $6K this week. We have to go in and sign and write out a check tomorrow, and we don't have anywhere nearly enough. That, on top of other major pressures this week, is putting my health at risk, and that needs to change; it's already enough at risk daily as it is without all this on top of it. I can't force people to buy, and even that won't cover everything, but it'll give us breathing room, and given my stress levels right now, we need that badly. 

Wings has five Warrior Woman pins done and one new pair of earrings. I'm going to have them up here in the next while, no matter what, because right now, nothing matters more than sales. Not that you'd know it from the cavalier way everyone else treats my time, but here we are.

Still don't know whether PayPal's fixed their nonsense or not, because they're spectacularly uncommunicative except when telling you their taking your money and keeping it from you and you can't do anything about it. So, 1) do NOT donate to my Ko-Fi account or anything else, do not pay us via PayPal, in any way before checking with me.  And 2), if you're in the market to buy Wing's work using plastic, let me know and I can put it through our VISA/MC payment processor and bypass these cannibals entirely.

Because I am profoundly sick of their shit.

We are done with giving for a good while. We gave far too much away last year for our own good, and this year has already outpaced it, and we are done. We have no choice. On top of all that, we had to pay out nearly $10K [cash] since the leachfield failed on Christmas Day to deal with the septic disaster. On top of that, my Patreon, our steadiest source of monthly income, is down more than $700 a month since this time last year. Do you what that kind of hit does to folks like us? So we're done donating for a while, locally or otherwise. I have to get the tax bill monkey off my back, in full, and get next year's prepayments taken care of as well, before we'll be able to help anyone else. My health is fragile already, and I cannot go through this again. 

And meanwhile, somehow, I have to bring in sales. This is what tey used to call the drop-dead moment in a process or dynamic, and we're here.
