Cargo container successfully delivered this morning. The rain blew out early last night, so there was no worry about the truck. It's a reminder to stop putting any credence in their forecasts, though.
The dogs went wild inside it, which I took to mean that Brian had dogs that were inside it with him when he got it ready to load. Cricket, the feral, was terrified of it . . . until then. He still wouldn't go into it, but at least he wasn't running away with his tail tucked anymore.
Every distraction today was a good thing, though. Because this is THAT day, and 33 years later, it doesn't get easier. Yeah, the edges get blunted, but a dull blade can hurt a lot more than a sharp one. Now, almost over. Until next year.
Anyway. The rest of the week is going to be very hard, too. I've still got to get caught up on all the rest of my work. And I've still got to bring in a lot more sales through the end of the year. This year has been hellishly expensive already, and we've also got some other big-ticket things to take care of between now and then, and that only happens if we make some sales now. And we can still use help with shares, testimonials, wishlist stuff, etc. To that end, links are here:
- Sales here;
- Testimonials here;
- Amazon wishlist here [I've added a few new items, things we could really use but that I can't justify spending money on right now, towels and bath mats];
- Patreon here;
- Ko-fi here.
