It's Indigenous People's Day. [No, I'm not even going to use the name of the racist celebration of a genocidal invader.] So today's featured photo at The NDN Silver Blog, which in the normal order of things would likely have appeared next week instead, has been moved up to this week.

If you're looking for cold hard facts today, you'll be disappointed. I've written about them many times in the past. Today is devoted to things more of spirit: our survival, yes, our existence, but more, our very being.
