Weed - a gift from the Earth we don't know how to enjoy. Lion's teeth have many uses beyond simple beauty, and though I got my latest jelly recipe too late this year to try it out, next year I will try to remember to make up a batch of dandelion jelly. I got a couple of other recipes as well, and will try out apple cider jelly in the fall, and 'holiday jelly' ( cranberry and various spices associated with Christmas ) a bit later. The first of the raspberries are just now starting to bloom, and we've got tiny apples and cherries starting up already.
