Just a dusting. Again.

But it's the fourth night in a row of just a dusting, which is better than nothing at all. 

Now, if only I could bring in four nights straight of a dusting of sales. 

We have had one sale this whole month (in the first couple of days of it), and nothing since, and that's not gonna cut it, especially with my Patreon down $250 again this month. We have taxes upcoming, and we talked to the excavator guy yesterday, and that mess will likely be early March (unless the weather suddenly turns thirty degrees colder and stays that way). By that mess, I mean scoping out the drain from the septic tank to the leach field, and seeing whether there's a block that can be cleared or we need a whole new field in a different place. From the sound of it, he says that it's unlikely in the extreme to be the former. I have no idea what a new leachfield is gonna cost us. But as it is, we're paying out $200+ every 8-10 days to have the tank pumped, because the water has nowhere to go [and believe me, we're conserving as much as we can].

I'm so overwhelmed with physical pain and bureaucratic health care bullshit and the upcoming nonsense with taxes, and I can't focus on any of it because the need to make sales is so extreme. Our outlay this month has been absolutely staggering, and it's cut into everything else. And no, I'm not going to have my new symptoms checked; I'm having enough trouble coping with all the existing ones, and we do not have the money for a whole bunch of travel, never mind the damn tests. Just to cover leachfield and taxes, I have got to bring in more income somehow. But there's no getting blood from a stone, and it's really rocky around here right now.

But I am determined to get Wings's new work up today. There's the ring, plus four pairs of earrings, and possibly two additional pairs of earrings yet today. Half of them will be in the $350/pair range; the other half are more elaborate and will be somewhat higher. I am at my wits' end after our worst year in recent memory last year and this year starting off so badly on so many fronts, and I need help sharing our links and his work.
