Three all-new pairs of earrings.

They're done! Three all-new pairs of earrings, two with wires and one on posts. These are distinctively, deliberately Art Deco in style, reminiscent of those old posters from the '20s and especially the early '30s with the radiant sun. Sterling silver and garnet [squares]; sterling silver and Queen Conch shell [rounds]; and the centers I'm convinced are brass, sterling silver [bezels/posts], and sodalite. The metal was sold to him [by an institutionally popular commercial vendor] as copper, and wit the acid bath, they actually looked like copper. But before that, and now after, they're golden, too gold to be anything but brass. It's the perfect counterpart, as it happens, to those stormy sodalite ovals.

He just finished them today, and I just finished getting the photos; the photos aren't edited, never mind uploaded to the site and descriptions written and all that. Hopefully tonight, but no promises. But they're still for sale! Just contact me to buy.

And we need to make some sales immediately. But it's hard went I don't have the physical strength to keep pushing. Yesterday was ghastly; nothing, literally nothing takes the edge off the pain, and it's everywhere, and tomorrow will be worse, with 70-mph wind gusts forecast. A lot of it has to do with current weather conditions, but a lot of it is progressive, too. And I'm having trouble, yet again, getting my head around the idea of this being my new "normal." 

And then there's all the rest. We still have to get the well guy out here. But I also still have to get our taxes organized and submitted, and, of course, paid, and this year has already been so damn costly [following on a hugely expensive year last year that was perhaps our worst sales year ever]. We don't have remotely enough to cover any of it, and if I don't bring in several very fast [or one or two big ones, whatever], I don't know what I'm going to do.

For now, though, we need to sell the new earrings, and a lot more besides. Now would be a really, really good time to buy, because I really, really need to bring in some income this week. We're out of time.
