The next round.

The next round of fabrics for masks, which I've already started cutting. I ordered these in two separate lots, and it took almost a month for them all to get here.  Also, entirely apart from the mask project, I need to order a lot more of the second and fourth ones, because Wings wants ribbon shirts (and I would like ribbon skirts, too). Unfortunately, #2 is currently unavailable again for shipping, so that will have to wait a while.

We got our first oriole of the year about half an hour ago. Presumably it will start building a nest where they always used to build. With the drought, they haven't been here for three or four years.

And speaking of drought: In addition to quarterly taxes, I have to raise enough scratch for us to drill the new well. Otherwise, no crops, and that's bad on the food front (and not just for us). And since we plan to begin planting possibly as early as tomorrow, and the nearest rain is allegedly more than a week off yet, I've got to make some sales. If you've been contemplating buying Wings's work? Now wold be a really, really good time.

The cut-and-paste: Please share all of our links, because while we're all in isolation? Income is already at virtually nothing, and we can survive the isolation, but not the inability to feed the maw of all the billsThe links are here:
Note: For now, please don't buy anything off the Amazon wishlist; to do so would be crossing a picket line, and some of their workers have struck this morning to fight for safer working conditions because their lives are being put at even greater risk during this pandemic. If you find one of the items elsewhere, wonderful (there's even a wishlist function where you can note that it's been purchased somewhere else).

Other than that, please share everything. Thanks.
