The Only Fire Is the One In the Sky

Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's a work for weather out of season, and for the gifts that appear with the last of the storm. Here, the storms have been decidedly lacking in anything like rain, but in a time of catastrophic winds and twelve-hundred-year drought, it's a good day when the only fire is the one in the sky at day's end.
