Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's a photo meditation for a bitterly cold morning in the Little Winter, a time when the calendar insists that it is still fall but the weather shows otherwise. With the mercury well below freezing, the wild birds show us how to adapt and survive, and season and sun reward us with a conspiracy of light.
