That was late this afternoon, while the storm was still gathering.
It's here now.
And there's a huge swath of extreme weather behind it, if we can believe the radar map.
Rain in October? Unheard-of here. Even more unheard-of is a thunderstorm, and we've got whole lines of them. If we're lucky, we might also have our first dusting of snow before the weekend is out.
But good lord, what a week. I have had no free time, I'm nowhere near where I need to be on everything that needed to get done this week, and my health is being completely uncooperative. It's not helping that, while I've had dislocated hands and wrists and knees and feet for weeks now, I managed to break the little toe on my left foot tonight. No, there's nothing to do except tape it. But the swelling, all the way my ankle, is horrible, and the pain is absolutely excruciating.
And I'm still so far behind that it's ridiculous. The rest of the month, hell, year is going to be very hard, anyway. I've still got to get caught up on all the rest of my work, entirely apart from the now-several days I've lost here. And I've still got to bring in a lot more sales through the end of the year. This year has been hellishly expensive already, and we've also got some other big-ticket things to take care of between now and then, and that only happens if we make some sales now. And we can still use help with shares, testimonials, wishlist stuff, etc. To that end, links are here:
