Friday Feature: The Fire at Winter's Heart

It's our Friday Feature at The NDN Silver Blog, with a collection of works that suit the season, but also summon a spirit of melancholy now that we've recently learned that their creator walked on last summer. Taken in the spirit of this season, though, they become, in a way, his last gift to us, the lesson that the fire at winter's heart is what holds the worlds together.
