It's #ThrowbackThursday at The NDN Silver Blog, it's a work from one of Wings's informal series of a decade or so ago, a collection of solitaires built around big bold cabochons and designed to let the beauty of silver and stone shine, unencumbered. This particular piece was the embodiment of a winter's lake, of ice filtering a pale sunlight, but it's just as apt for the heat waves that form midsummer's shimmering silver arc.
