Almost no snow left.

I noticed a long, LONG line of cars headed north on the highway early this morning, and . . . yup, sure enough, the greedy bastards that own the resort now are reopening, despite constant water issues and the fact that the ordinary closure would be Sunday.

They're killing this place.  And that "almost no snow left?" That's due in part to their destruction of the mountain and its watershed.

We turned over the taxes this morning, and I hope there aren't any problems, that she can just handle the completing and filing and we can go in and sign [::sigh:: and write a massive check to the very government that keeps enabling atrocities like the one above]. I need to give my brain a little downtime, because this headache is literal, tangible, seemingly endless after the last several weeks, and then I have to get back to chasing sales full-time again.

Speaking of which, I've been saying for days that I had two new works by Wings to post, and I've still had no time to deal with them. Now I'm shooting for tomorrow night, so keep a watch in this space for them; they're already on the site, but I haven't had time to promote them.
