Wings, catching a few studio minutes yesterday. Click on the photo and take a look at that blade: That is what he uses do all his spectacular freehand cutwork. When I say "filament-thin," I'm not remotely exaggerating. Of course, it's also heavy labor and hard on his hands.
What he's working on there is the latest of those solid sterling silver cuffs that he's had to leave in various stages of completion for so many months now. Most of them are done, but there may be a few more yet; at any rate, the one he's working on in the photo is now finished, and I'll have it up later today, so be sure to watch for it.
Meanwhile, I have to try to do everything else.
There's some pretty heavy stuff I need to do in the house involving switching out rugs to clean them and moving furniture. We also have to try to plant, and I need to get stuff in the ground mostly this weekend. We also have to keep at everything else, but it's getting more difficult (and more costly) by the day. My Patreon is also already down $50 this month and I've had a kind heads-up that it will be going down a few hundred more, permanently, beginning next month. So I need to bring in enough to cover that, plus the hay, and the taxes, and my medical costs, and and and and. And I am so very tired all the time; that's what lupus does, on top of the crippling pain. Some sales this week and next would go a long way on all of that; as I said yesterday, hope is a stubborn thing. Also, I posted a new cuff a few nights ago, another in his informal series of solid sterling silver vintage-style bracelets; you can see it here.

We're still hoping to put aside enough for a new well when the ground thaws enough to drill in the spring, too, Nah, we've given up on the well. No one's available to drill before the latter half of summer, and the tax burden means we would never be able to afford it anyway. But it's perhaps even more of a good time to make a purchase, because Uncle Sam is a vindictive colonizer, and my current stress levels about paying it all are off the charts. And there's lots of fabulous work, so please share all of the links.
