Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's a Monday Photo Meditation for month's end, and for the hopes and dangers that attend the month to come. It's a contemplation — somewhat melancholy, true — of what summer was here not so long ago, and of what the fire's dance once meant for a land in relative health and harmony.
