Can't tell what season it's supposed to be anymore.

The yellowing of the leaves is spreading fast now. It was a lot hotter today, and a lot drier, but there's still that edge in the air in the morning, and at night, as well. Can't tell what season it's supposed to be anymore.

And the red-tail family is still around daily, so at least there's that.

I'm starting to think I've made a very big mistake with skipping chemo on Friday. My immune system is in overdrive, reacting to absolutely everything, but I'm also having a whole bunch of nasty symptoms that I didn't know it was suppressing: muscle spasms in ribs and trunk and hips that last for hours; new full-body neuropathy/paresthesia; dry cough; and then there's all the full-body stratospheric pain and fatigue and just generally feeling like shit. 

Needless to say, I didn't get anywhere near the number of things done today that I had planned. I never do, but the last couple of days have been even worse on that front.

And, of course, there's still our biggest problem, one that now dates back six full weeks to June, that is still not fixed. It's this stupid well issue. Wings finally spoke with the driller last Friday morning, and he said he should be out sometime this week, but not a peep out of him, and I don't have any leverage to change that, because money clearly isn't enough incentive.. I left a message Friday, emphasizing that the pressure pump is failing ever more rapidly by the day now; nada. I would really like to get this done before it dies again.

And all that expense to come, whenever it actually comes, means that we still need shares, and we most definitely still need sales, several grand's worth of sales, until I can get everything covered that has to get covered. Which means I have to get caught up on the work somehow, but the problems we've had to deal with all year and the pace we've had to maintain are putting us both constantly behind. Links are here:
