Okay, peeps, quick and dirty: This beautiful little girl is the granddaughter of Tricia Wyse, our late and beloved Pootie Queen from a certain community. Tricia's daughter, Franki, is without a car and needs one to get to work, but also to get Mikayla to her essential doctors' appointments. Our also-beloved bubba wrote about it yesterday, so those of you unfamiliar with the tragic (and yet triumphant) backstory can go read about it here.
They're short a lousy 400 bucks. That doesn't seem like much, except when you don't have it. We threw in what we could as a match for bubba's diary, and we're tapped out or we'd do it ourselves. But! I've just been notified by a dear friend that there is a $100 match on offer to get them closer to goal. Please share the link to this post around, or RT/share when I get this out via FB and Twitter.
