That was 10 AM. This was noon:

It's been snowing intermittently for a while, accompanied part of the time by gale-force winds. At least now we don't have to worry about our "home" literally being picked up and blown over in the storm.
It looks like there's more on the way, if the newly-darkened cloudbank to the west is any indication.
This weekend has been mostly a loss in terms of getting anything accomplished. Most of that is simple pain and fatigue on my part, but it's also not being able to get any uninterrupted time to myself to work, and certainly not being able to get the IgnitionDeck platform functional. I'm three months behind on that, and tearing my hair out, because I am quite literally running out of time. [Unfortunately, my unsolved and unresolved health issues mean that the possibility of quite literally running out of time is never far from my mind.]
The next two weeks are going to be hell. I added up all the appointments: seven definitely-scheduled medical appointments in a two-week period just between Wings and me. If all goes as expected, there will be two more in roughly that same time frame for me, each involving testing. Getting out of this month is going to cost us a fortune, on top the fortune we already owe.
As I said last night, I've also just shelled out for another doctor's appointment and two scrips totaling $200 (the scrips, not the visit; that's another $150 on top of it). And the bill collectors never rest, so I don't, either. The rest is cut and paste, because dammit, I'm beat, and I've still got a lot of work ahead of me tonight. Please share. And I still need IgnitionDeck expertise, if anyone's got it, and yes, I'll pay for it.
I'm setting two separate goals, as outlined below, because they're both dunning me steadily now. The overall goal is my $25K+ in emergency medical bills.
- Tonight's post elsewhere (you have to understand this to understand life);
- A way to buy me coffee (which actually goes to She-Wolf's & my medical bills, and now Wings's too);
- Wings's direct PayPal link;
- Wings's site, for sales;
- Amazon wishlist, which mostly consists of food for the half-feral pack;
- Wayfair gift cards, to replenish all the furnishings that the RV has destroyed in one way or another.
- Partial registry #1, from Bed, Bath and Beyond. There are new kitchen-y things on it now, stuff that I didn't realize we'd need to replace (either because the RV ruined it or because we gave it away when we had to downsize).
- Partial registry #2, from Wayfair. There are some things left on both registries that I thought by now I might be able just to buy outright, but medical bills (mine and She-Wolf's both) have to come first.
