Wouldn't bet on it.

This is one of those rare places where you can actually see the storm coming, and watch its progress. Unfortunately for us, that progress didn't include delivering any rain here. Two dozen drops don't really count. They've lowered today's probability again, too. This keeps happening every single day, and it's irritating that they can't come anywhere within range because they refuse to understand the geography here. In theory, we'll be getting rain the next two weeks straight, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Out of order today, because yesterday's day-long power outage set us both back exponentially. Everything we had planned for yesterday were things that were required for the things we had to do today (and tomorrow, and the rest of the week), and now all of that's completely upended. In theory,  Wings will have his next set in his Elementals series today, but again, with the mess the local utility made of this weekend, I can't depend on it. So watch this space for something new late today, and if not that, I'l substitute something at the last minute.

I need more time, more hours in the day, fewer interruptions. I need to ability to chase sales. My pain levels are back off the charts because I'm way overdue for my pain therapy appointment already, and if I don't bring in some more income, I won't be keeping the next one, either.

We're still hoping to put aside enough for a new well when the ground thaws enough to drill in the spring, too, Nah, we've given up on the well. No one's available to drill before the latter half of summer, and the tax burden means we would never be able to afford it anyway. But it's perhaps even more of a good time to make a purchase, because Uncle Sam is a vindictive colonizer, and my current stress levels about paying it all are off the charts.
