Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's our Monday Photo Meditation for this, the unofficial last day of Summer. It's nothing related to what the dominant culture observes (at least formally) on this day; that's a concept with little relevance in this place, for oh, so many reasons. Here, what's remarkable on this day is the changing of the seasonal guard, one that is occurring more than a month early, thanks to climate change. Don't worry; the post isn't especially heavy on the latter. It's more of a musing on melancholy, and on beauty.
