More new work by Wings (with some help from me!). Sales really needed, and subscribers and shares, too.

Two new pieces by Wings have just dropped. I'm really proud of the one shown above, because I designed it, save for a few small details, at Wings's own urging. It grew out of an image I saw in a piece of scrap silver, one that spoke to me of the Earth herself and the Sacred Feminine: Earth Mother/Mother Earth, the one arising out of the other, yet inseparable. He has done some incredible freehand work with this one, too, including that meticulously hand-scalloped bezel holding the picture jasper cabochon:

I am thoroughly in love with this piece; it speaks to me on so many levels. You can read the full description here.

It would be really nice to sell both of them, as well as the other new ones from this week. As I said yesterday, like our water (rain this morning notwithstanding), tourism is at an abysmal level, and it's only going to get worse; there will be no powwow this year. For us, that's not as big a hit as for those who are vendors at the event, but it still means a massive decline in tourism and tourist dollars in the local economy. Our sales are way, way down for this time of year, a product no doubt of the fear and uncertainty at the federal level, but a reality for us nonetheless.

So we need to make sales. And I am out of time and out of patience with this one-handed typing nonsense, so the rest is mostly cut-and-paste. Wings has several new pieces in the works, one of which, at least, I hope to be able to post later tomorrow. Given that a new ER bill will be coming down the pike this week, it would be really helpful to sell Wings's new work, and plenty of the existing work, too (especially since there's no end to the dunning on the existing ER bills). New Patreon subscriptions would help, too. So anyway, since my klutziness has set us back yet again in a not-insignificant way, please share the links:

These two pieces are truly amazing; Wings can take the vaguest descriptions and ideas and turn them into exactly what you see in your mind's eye. This one may not have been as vague, but I would never have been able to bring it into being beyond the idea, and yet, here she is in three full dimensions . . . just like the hummingbird.
