Another "prescribed burn," and it looks as tough it's gotten away from them already. And no, there's no precipitation in sight. We were supposed to get some tomorrow, but they've reversed course on that entirely.
I've been pushing it for several days now, and it's catching up with me. Especially with these winds, which are the absolute worst weather phenomenon for my pain levels. On the plus side, we had a remarkable sales day on Monday, which means that the pressure is now off for getting us through the coming weeks. However, this year has been so slow that we're way behind on everything, including prepaying next year's taxes [that's a zero; a big fat zero]. Which means that I need to continue to bring in consistent sales to get that covered. Once that's handled, I can rest a little.
So I'll still be pushing sales, if not with the sense of desperation that has had me in a death-grip for most of the year. All the links are listed below, so please share:
