It's #ThrowbackThursday at The NDN Silver Blog, with a work from a scant two months ago that was not a commission but a gift for someone who is less simply a dear friend than actual family. It's a heart built around a birthstone that she and I share, a symbol of the magic that occurs when the light loves the world, opening it like a flower.
