The wildflowers are rockin'.

Recent rains, and the wildflowers are rockin'. I mean, literally; the winds have them dancing beautifully.

It's been a hell of day [and week], and while we're getting rain of the literal sort, I've have GOT to make it rain in the other sense, and fast. I'm late today with everything, again, because every single day there are a dozen other things that pull me off what I need to be doing to help with something else, and it's starting to show in our sales, or rather, our lack thereof. [Yesterday it was also showing in my health in the worst possible ways, but I slept like the dead, and while I don't feel anything close to good today, I never do, so I'm happy with "moderately functional."] Not so happy with everything being late, though.

It's been a ridiculously expensive year already [on top of last year], but if we can just continue to make regular weekly sales, we'll be fine. But we need to make those sales now. There's a lot of gorgeous new work up, and that includes several pairs of brand new earrings are a more modest price point than most of this work, but I've got to sell them for it to make any difference.
