Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's a Monday Photo Meditation for the last days of meteorological summer, and for the ways life surprises us even as fall encroaches. It's a celebration of irony, too, in that a day after the first red leaves appeared two months too soon, what blooms at the rainy season's end now is nothing less than what we thought were lost to us for good.
