The young red-tail's been back more days than not lately. On most of those days, Mom has been with him. As it happens, they were both just outside circling overhead, but of course someone interrupted me from getting my camera, so I have no shots of them.

Today would have been the last day to ship something with any real hope of getting it there in time for next Tuesday, and it's now too late for that. That doesn't mean that folks can't do belated gifts, though; sometimes those are the best ones. If you want it to go out tomorrow morning, though, you need to get your order in to me NOW.

And no, I do not have that extraordinary five-piece collar necklace to show you yet. The beads have to be strung and restrung, because there's literally no way to do it without trial and error; you can measure until the cows come home, but this sort of thing doesn't work that way. It's about 3/4 strung, and at least two of those fourths will have to be unstrung and restrung to make it fit together properly, so maybe tonight,  maybe not until tomorrow. It's . . . a lot, on every front. But I still need to bring in one sale a week to break even. I did get that new cuff and new necklace posted  the other day, here, and you need to see them, seriously.
