Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's one of Wings's more recent works, a hand-milled barrette and hand-stamped pick set with the cobalt color of the storm. It's a lesson, too, about respect for the elements in this place of extremes where storms arise seemingly out of nowhere, a reminder that, rain or snow, it all begins with a precipitate blue.
