Friday Feature: A Whistle On the Wind

It's our Friday Feature at The NDN Silver Blog, with a work by Wings's clan brother wrought in vintage style, a bit of the old ways that are still a part of everyday life here. It's an elk whistle, hand-carved out of antler, a traditional tool of the hunt when, to the rest of the world, the herd's language is no more than a whistle on the wind.
