Not encouraging.

This morning's clouds, already blown apart by the winds.

The long-range forecast is not encouraging, with no real (and no seasonally normal) chance of rain predicted for the next fifteen days, which is as far out as it goes. 

That's not good.

The lack of metaphorical rain isn't good, either. I still have that bill to contend with, and it's adding to my stress, which is adding to my symptoms generally. I am having great difficulty walking now; the pain never lets up, not even a little, and it's making it that much harder to do everything I need to do. I really need to bring in enough today and tomorrow to get this one obligation off my desk, and therefore also off my shoulders. I was so sure I'd be able to get rid of it last week, but that's clearly not happening. I have GOT to bring in some scratch over this weekend so I can mail the payment on Tuesday. It's a long holiday weekend, and such times are notoriously bad for sales, but I need to make some one way or another. Unfortunately, it's also half-over, with not a sale to show for it.

I posted Wings's two new pairs of earrings here the other day; they're moderately priced, and both gorgeous. I expect that he will have a couple of lapel pins hopefully later today.
