Nowhere near enough.

A little early rain. Nowhere near enough. Now all we have is haze from the smoke of this stupidly-timed prescribed burn and dust and dirt driven on winds that are too high for anyone to be burning anything outside right now.

Nowhere near enough rain of the metaphorical kind, either. I was so sure I'd be able to get rid of that bill this week, but unless we bring in at least one or two good sales today, that's not happening. And I really didn't want to go into the weekend and next week with that stress hanging over me, on top of everything else.

I posted Wings's two new pairs of earrings here yesterday; they're moderately priced, and both gorgeous. Our hits were high on yesterday's featured work, too, but nothing came out of that, either. I am so tired (and so sore, everywhere), and I still need to bring in enough to cover everything on a regular basis anyway, but right now? I really, really need to bring in some sales NOW.
