We had some glorious cloud formations this morning. They looked like portals. Since then, the storm that was already gathering on the opposite horizon has arrived and moved out again, and a new one is forming to the northwest now.  

It's been an auspicious start to the month, weather-wise. It's also been a rough one in terms of markers, although those are done for another month now (we hope). We're both looking forward to getting down to work on everything that's been piling up, and also dodging the rains this week to get the garden planted. Wings has been hard at work pulling out those blasted thistles all weekend.

And we both have so much to do here, both this weekend and beyond, it's ridiculous. The pressures don't ease off at all, of course. I will still have the truck repairs to pay for if the damned converter ever comes in, and now we need a part for the fridge that no one will ship. So I need to be chasing sales on every front. A few nights ago, I did post those two new pairs of earrings and the new necklace (it's extraordinary, and you want to see it, believe me). In the meantime, all the links are listed below, so please share:
